How It Works

1. Easy Returns – No Questions Asked

If you’re not satisfied with your perfume, you may return it. We follow the NZ Consumer Act and believe in honest, fair dealing.

2. Time Frame

You can request a return or exchange within 03 days of receiving the product.

3. Product Condition

The returned perfume bottle must contain at least 90% of the product.

4. Processing Time

Please allow 5–6 working days for us to review and process your request.

5. Refund Procedure
  • Please send the product back via courier to our office address.
  • Share the courier receipt and your bank account details with us at our Email address (available on our website) or phone number.
  • Once we receive and verify the product, we will issue the refund to the account you provided using the account number you provided.
  • A confirmation receipt of the transfer will also be sent to you at the email address you provided or registered with us.

Any delay in refund, considering the above-mentioned “Refund Policy”, write to us via the contact form available on our website.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
