If you’re not satisfied with your perfume, you may return it. We follow the NZ Consumer Act and believe in honest, fair dealing.
You can request a return or exchange within 03 days of receiving the product.
The returned perfume bottle must contain at least 90% of the product.
Please allow 5–6 working days for us to review and process your request.
Any delay in refund, considering the above-mentioned “Refund Policy”, write to us via the contact form available on our website.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
