All Essence Elation Scents perfumes are proudly handcrafted in our workshop in Pakistan. We source high-quality ingredients from across East Asia and the Middle East, but blending, bottling, and packaging are done right in our manufacturing facility in Pakistan.

Yes! We are a 100% cruelty-free company and do not test on animals at any stage of production. Many of our fragrances are also vegan (they contain no animal-derived ingredients, such as musk or ambergris). These are clearly labelled as “Vegan” on the product page.

A perfume’s lifespan, or shelf life, is typically 3-5 years if stored correctly. To ensure longevity, keep your fragrance in its original box, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing it in humid areas, such as the bathroom.
After applying perfume, each puff lasts 7 to 8 hours, depending on weather conditions. In direct sunlight, it may vary from 5 hours.

As we use natural ingredients, slight colour variations can occur from one batch to another. This is a natural characteristic of high-quality, hand-blended products and does not affect the fragrance’s quality, performance, or safety.

We currently ship throughout New Zealand and Pakistan. We are exploring options to ship to Australia and the Asia Pacific in the future.

Returns, Refunds & The Consumer Guarantees Act

Your satisfaction is guaranteed under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA). This means our products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

If you have a problem with your perfume (e.g., it arrived damaged, is faulty, or has spoiled prematurely), you have the right to a remedy. Don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team at info@essenceelation.co.nz within a reasonable time (typically 05 days for a faulty product) to initiate a return or exchange.

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of fragrance products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds based on a simple change of mind or if the scent isn’t what you expected. We highly recommend trying a sample size first if you are unsure. However, if the product is faulty or not as described, your rights under the CGA are fully protected.

If a product fails to meet the guarantees under the CGA, you are entitled to a remedy. Depending on the nature of the problem, this could be a:

Repair or replacement of the product, or
Full refund.
We will work with you to determine the most appropriate solution.

We’re sorry to hear that! Please get in touch with us immediately at info@essenceelation.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you at no extra cost.

Absolutely. Our website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology to protect your personal and payment details. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.
